At first: Thank you for shopping with us 

Return in the Store:
- You can change your item within 7 days for something else or a Gift Voucher

- This gift card has no end date:)
- After a purchase in store; we give no money back.

There are good opportunities to try the clothes and receive professional advice during your shopping experience. -

Return by Shipping:

- Het Winkeltje ships standard with Post NL.

 When the parcel has left our store, you will receive an e-mailor whatsapp with the matching track&trace number.

We make sure that we pack as small as possible, so the chance that the parcel can pass through your mailbox, becomes bigger.

The shipping costs of all orders in our webshop always have a fixed rate of €7,95. 

 However, if you would like to return the product, the return shipping costs are entirely for the customer.
For orders above €75 we have free shipping! 

We'll do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your new items.

Of course it could happen that something is not entirely to your wishes or what you expected. You may therefore return your order within 7 days.

These seven days start on the day of receipt.

For any returns, the return costs are for the customer.

When we have received the product back in good condition, the total purchase amount, excluding the return costs, will be immediately transfered to a gift card, and we will send that back to you either per mail or post. 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that all items must be returned in original condition; with original labels, tags and never been washed. 

Final Sale items can not be returned

Return procedure:

1. You contact us by e-mail (, call (+31652682591) or whatsapp and we register your return.

Or: Use the contact form under the heading "contact us".

2. We would appreciate if you tell us the reason for your return.

This will help us to improve our products/service.

Do you want to exchange the article for a different size?

Let us know and we take care of this.

Within 2 days we will send you the right size you need. 

3. You put the items in a box/envelope together with your invoice

(this may be the original shipping packaging off course).

4. You write our address on the box/envelope:

5. You need to deliver your parcel to the post office or put it in the mailbox with enough stamps. 

6. The easy way? You can return or exchange the item in the physical store in Amsterdam as well! In our shop we would love to advise you directly or arrange a better size for you.

Your return is now registered with us. We will credit the money back on a gift voucher to you as soon as possible.
